The ABACUS ABSSDNVME256GB is a high-efficiency NVMe M.2 2280 PCIe SSD designed for speed, stability, and compact storage.

With a 256GB capacity, it utilizes the PCIe Gen 3 x4 interface and adheres to NVMe 1.3 and PCI Express Base 3.1 standards, making it an ideal solution for laptops, desktops, and embedded systems.

This SSD delivers read speeds up to 2500 MB/s and write speeds up to 2100 MB/s, powered by a flash interface supporting up to 800MT/s and 4 BGA132 flash chips.

It is built for long-term durability with a Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) of 1.5 million hours, and an Uncorrectable Bit Error Rate (UBER) of less than 1 sector per 10 billion bits read.

Energy efficient, it consumes less than 30mW in idle and under 5mW in L1.2 low-power state, and operates reliably across a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, with storage endurance down to -40°C.
